WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME? 

Our current process time is 1 - 2 weeks (Excluding holidays) it could vary depending on the number of orders ahead of you.
We appreciate your patience so much! as we try our best to be as fast as possible so you can have your dream nails in the minimum wait time possible. 
CUSTOM ORDERS: Please allow 2-3 weeks for the creation of the set as this is a set created with your perfect specifications.

HOW CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

We have our V.I.P. pass available! If you have purchased your set along with the V.I.P pass processing time it would be 4-6 business days (excluding holidays). 

DOES MY ORDER COME WITH A FREE SIZING KIT?

When you order a custom nail set with us we provide a sizing kit for the best sizing experience, we will not start creating your set until we have your sizes

V.I.P Pass: 2-6 business days (Excluding holidays)

CUSTOM SETS: Please wait 7-21 days since these are sets specially created to your specifications and creative direction.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your set leaves our studio shipping times can vary both U.S. and international.

Please note that we cannot guarantee any shipping estimated delivery time. Purchasing our V.I.P. pass will only guarantee that the processing time is sooner, not the shipping time.

Estimated shipping delivery times:
USPS First Class-Mail: 3-6 days (Excluding holidays/Weekends)

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Days (Excluding holidays/Weekends)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping times can vary from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the location and seasonal flight delays.

How do I know my measurements?

Sizing and measurement guide
We provide both regular sizing and custom sizing, you can measure your nails at home with this easy tutorial, please note that Short-Almond is slightly narrow than all other shapes.
We strongly recommend ordering a sizing kit for this shape.

Can I order replacement nails?

Yes, We offer replacement nails if your nail was lost or needs different sizing. You can order and leave in notes which nail you'll want us to create a replacement or please email samantha.littlenails@gmail.com for assistance.

RETURN POLICY

For our nail sets, all items are final sale. 

Due to our nails being specially made for you, returns are not accepted but please contact us if you have any questions or problems regarding your order as we are happy to assist you!

NAIL SUPPLIES: Please note that there are no returns or exchanges due to customer selection error, please email us if you receive a damaged item within 2 days of arrival and we will gladly help.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed, once that period has passed your order has been added to our process queue and will process as normal.

SIZING KITS can be canceled up to 12 hours before placing the order.

NAIL SUPPLIES: Please email support within 24 hours for the cancellation of your order, please note that if your item has been shipped it cannot be canceled.
